Had a great experience with Mike. After dealing with several unreliable realtors prior to meeting Mike, it was a relief to have found someone that cares more about the buyer than making a deal. He showed that he cared for my wants and needs and did not waste my time showing me houses that would not ultimately be obtainable. Let me tell you about Mike Pashai

The house we bought was on the first list of properties that Mike sent us to look at. Our formal search for a house lasted about 2 weeks.

The house had been on the market for less than a week. In the week that followed, Mike was able to effectively determine the interest level and where we were going to need to be with our next bid. As a result, we placed a winning bid on the house that was still within our budget.

We took Mike's recommendation on a bank to secure a mortgage. When it came time to close, we ran into complications with our rate. It appeared that we were going to have to accept a higher rate than had been negotiated, but once we informed Mike of this, within 24 hours, we were given a rate that was far lower than anything that had been previously discussed.

I think it's fair to say that without Mike Pashai, our search for a home would surely have been more time consuming, more expensive and more stressful than we can now imagine. Instead, all we can talk about is what an amazing experience it was!

Mike Pashai is very helpful with the buying/selling process, which can be difficult and emotional. He takes the time to always answer/return phone calls, be on time for meetings and answer questions that other agents may brush off. Even if it has nothing to do with a current listed property, Mike will take my call and answer a question or respond to an e mail. The next time I move I will for sure use Mike as I know I will be in good hands.

Mike Pashai was extremely patient and accommodating in dealing with a very hectic transaction.
