Mike Pashai was not the first realtor we met with to look for a house, but the minutes we started talking to him, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. He understood our needs and was willing to take the time to show as many homes as necessary, and when we found one we were really interested in, he looked at it ahead of us to make sure it was worth our time, and when we got there, he said "Welcome home. This is the one." And he was right. We love our home, and he helped us get it. Really helped us out, with all the inspections of home-buying. Mike Pashai is great! No fluff, no fuss, just a honest, hard working professional! Through all the negotiations, not only did he help me win the house despite multiple bidders but he saved me thousands during the process.I was also very thankful for how responsive Mike was through the whole process, he is happy to explain anything (sometimes more than once, if needed). Mr Mike Pashai is the best and most patient realtor I have ever known. he worked with me and my husband through years looking for a house with special layout and design.
